Bills of Material

Parts breakdown for over 35,000 import and domestic starter and alternator OEM unit numbers.  These breakdowns are cross-referenced to over 40 supported suppliers such as ACE, AIM, AMSCO, Arrowhead, CPC, IPM, IAT, RCP Renard, Transpo, Wagner, WAI and Wilson, etc.  AutoData also gives you the ability to change these system BOM’s to your specifications and even add your own bill of material.

Cross-Reference…

Cross indexes OEM unit numbers to and from the most popular Aftermarket Reman numbering systems such as Ace, ARC, Arrow, Bosch, Champion, Delco, Dixie, Lester, Lucas, Rayloc, WAI, Wilson, etc.  Most vendors’ component numbering systems are included and you have the ability to select the ones you want to see on-screen.

Custom Numbering System Support…

AutoData’s unique custom numbering system support allows you to install your own numbering system with full cross-reference support.

Where Used…

Type a starter, or alternator number, press [Enter], and the year, make and model of the vehicles using the unit, are displayed.

Customer Invoicing…

Assign a price sheet and a discount setting to a customer, and AutoData will use that information to price all invoices for your customer.  Invoices created by AutoData can be printed on plain paper or pre-printed forms.   Need to reprint an old invoice?…no problem!  Just go to Invoicing, access the Invoice Search selection screen, locate the desired invoice and print.  Easy to do!

Cost Pricing…

Your “special notes” can be added to each application line in the system.  These notes are attached to OEM, Lester, ARC or Your numbers and will display in the Application, Cross-Reference, Bill of Material and Pricing programs.
